Traffic Law

Attorney Roi Salama is a graduate of the Traffic Law Training and the Traffic Law - Step by Step Training of the Israel Bar Association. He has special expertise in dealing with severe traffic offenses, including drunk driving (alcohol and drugs), speeding, and filing appeals against decisions of the Medical Institute for Road Safety.

***Precedent*** - Recently, in a groundbreaking step, Attorney Roi Salama succeeded in overturning a conviction of a driver for drunk driving on grounds of justice, and subsequently acquitted the driver of the charges.

Urban Renewal (TAMA 38 and Evacuation-Construction)

Attorney Roi Salama is a graduate of the in-depth training on urban renewal by the Israel Bar Association and Bar-Ilan University, and a graduate of the TAMA 38 Training on Planning Aspects by the Fishman Center and the Hebrew University.

Attorney Roi Salama has special expertise in reviewing evacuation-construction agreements and/or TAMA 38, conducting negotiations between tenants and developers to the satisfaction of the parties and to maximize the rights to which the tenants are entitled.

Attorney Roi Salama has special expertise in representing reluctant tenants in urban renewal projects, with successes including defending a defendant in a lawsuit of a reluctant tenant under the Evacuation-Construction Law.
