\r\nFrom the first year of his legal studies, Adv. Avi Pinersky realized his ambition was to use his skills and knowledge to protect the citizen from the authority. From the outset, he decided to focus on and deepen his expertise in criminal and administrative law to best realize his skills and aspirations. Among other things, aside from academic focus in the field, Adv. Avi Pinersky participated in a clinic for rights in the criminal process, so by his third year of studies, he began learning the practical aspect of the criminal process, gaining relevant experience in the subject, and began providing practical assistance to clients in criminal proceedings conducted against them. Alongside his studies, he also worked as a student in a firm dealing with administrative law.

\r\nAdv. Avi Pinersky served his entire military service as a military defender in the regional defense and the chief military defense and was discharged with the rank of Captain (res.). He viewed this service as a true mission and refused to take any other role, despite being offered many diverse positions, understanding that defense and representation against the authority is his calling, not just a station in his service or career.

\r\nDuring his military service, he represented clients in thousands of cases and all types of offenses, from absence from service to serious crimes, economic offenses, and homicide offenses.

\r\nHe utilized his military service to assist all soldiers, from the lowest ranks to senior officers, while expanding and deepening his legal knowledge and practical experience. During his military service, Adv. Avi Pinersky argued in every possible proceeding, appeared in numerous evidentiary hearings, appeals, detention hearings, readings, preliminary arguments, sentencing arguments, and preliminary proceedings.

\r\nDuring his military service, Adv. Avi Pinersky appeared before every possible forum, from regional military courts (including the special military court), through military courts of appeals, to the Supreme Court.

\r\nAdditionally, Adv. Avi Pinersky provided consultation in investigations of all types.

\r\nDuring his service in the military defense, Adv. Avi Pinersky also represented clients in administrative proceedings (prisoner release committees, recruitment office, drug committees, Committee 210, and more).

\r\nCurrently, Adv. Avi Pinersky represents the firm's clients nationwide, before all civil and military judicial instances, in criminal and administrative proceedings.
