Adv. Miki Khova

Adv. Miki Khova, born in 1975, interned at the office of the leading criminal attorney Avigdor Feldman, and immediately after completing his internship, joined the office's team as a full-fledged attorney. During the 7 years he worked at Feldman's office, Adv. Khova served as a senior defense attorney in numerous complex cases that gained public attention.

For over a decade, Adv. Khova has been teaching various courses related to the criminal field at the Striks School of Law, including the course "Criminal Law" (the foundational course in the field of criminal law), alongside lectures at companies specializing in bar exam preparation, such as "Machshavot", "Hamitmach" and others.
For his teaching achievements, Adv. Khova was awarded the title "Outstanding Lecturer".

• Member of the defense team for former President Moshe Katsav, including proceedings before the Supreme Court.
  
• Representation of the family of former President Moshe Katsav in preliminary proceedings before the filing of an indictment regarding the hiring of private investigators.
  
• Representation of prisoner Zeev Rosenstein, including before the Supreme Court in a petition that allowed him a special leave from prison to attend his son's wedding.
  
• Representation of a certified nurse at a mental health hospital accused of raping a patient and his complete acquittal from all charges.
  
• Representation of an attorney accused of manslaughter and his acquittal on the grounds of self-defense.
  
• Representation of a defendant acquitted in a claim for compensation from the state treasury.
  
• Representation of a Jerusalem yeshiva student accused of killing his son by shaking – the first case in Israel where the court dealt with "Shaken Baby Syndrome".
  
• Representation of one of the policemen from Nahariya in the "Vengeful Policemen" case, including in the appeal process before the Supreme Court.
  
• Representation of an attorney in the criminal proceedings against him, including the state's request under section 17(d) for his arrest before the filing of an indictment and his release to house arrest by the Supreme Court.
