Professional Experience

 

2003-present - Independent attorney.

  • Partner at the law firm (Zilberman-Tzedakah, Law Firm) specializing in civil-commercial law.

In my work, I have dealt with the following areas:

  • Real Estate - Checking property status with authorities and providing legal opinions, drafting contracts, reviewing sales contracts with contractors, preparing lease agreements, and registering properties with the Land Registry Office, management, and housing companies.
  • Labor Law - Litigation in labor courts and representing both private clients (employees) and institutional clients (employers) regarding employee-employer relations, collective agreements, and the realization of social rights, including managing hearing procedures, mediations, managing cases independently from client intake, client investigation, preparing relevant documents, filing pleadings, preparing the client for evidentiary hearings (interrogations), filing summaries until obtaining a judgment. Also drafting employment agreements and reviewing employment agreements for my clients both as employers and employees.

Additionally, I have represented large companies and served in the following roles:

 

Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Carmelit (2005-2009) - Managing audit committee meetings and preparing reports as part of the ongoing activities of the Carmelit, including auditing economic conduct, relationships between organs, conflicts of interest between roles, and auditing the corporation's conduct according to the law.

 

External Attorney for Amidar Ltd. Northern District (Haifa and Acre) - (2007 to present) - Representing the company by filing eviction and financial claims against tenants, representing the company in lawsuits against it regarding contract enforcement, providing legal opinions on property status and eligibility.
