Attorney Harel is an experienced lawyer in the fields of commercial and civil law. Before founding Harel & Co., he was a partner in a commercial boutique firm in Tel Aviv, where he led complex and large-scale transactions and legal proceedings.
With over 10 years of experience, Attorney Harel represents various types of corporations operating in diverse sectors, including private companies, public and governmental companies, banks, trust companies, and local authorities.
Additionally, he has experience representing clients in various legal forums, from Magistrate Courts to the Supreme Court, including labor courts and family courts. He specializes in insolvency (liquidations, receiverships, corporate recovery, debt arrangements, and bankruptcies) and is a member of the Insolvency and Receivership Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
Attorney Harel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwestern University (Chicago) and Tel Aviv University (Kellogg-Recanati), a Master of Laws from Bar-Ilan University (specializing in commercial law), and a Bachelor of Laws from Tel Aviv University.
