In the Israel of the 2000s, there are many law firms that know their craft. The number of certified lawyers today is so high that it positions Israel as a leading country in the world in the ratio of population to lawyers. Whether this is good or bad for the country is a question for another forum. What differentiates law firms is usually the conduct and the personal and professional attention that the client receives from the representing attorney. When I established the firm in 1995, I pledged to personally accompany clients, thoroughly examine every need and request, and provide the client with such attention that they understand and feel that their request or representation is not lacking in the full and comprehensive service they are entitled to and can receive. Clients should know that their case will be handled with seriousness and scope, regardless of the size of the required treatment. A client seeking assistance views their request or problem as the largest and most central, and that is how I must treat it. Many years of working as a lawyer have taught me that I was not mistaken. This approach of thorough, comprehensive, humane, and serious treatment, while giving personal attention to the client, brings clients back for service even after a decade. My firm is not large, nor will it be large by choice, in order to maintain this conduct. The office is pleasant, respectful, and creates a suitable atmosphere for handling the client's request.
