'Shulem' - A Center for Family and Business Mediation was established in 2007 and has accumulated extensive experience in various mediation fields: couple, family, commercial, and business mediation. The mediation process allows parties in conflict to rebuild trust and communication, thereby reaching a fair agreement.
We work to create agreements by understanding the needs of all parties involved in the conflict and incorporate leading mediators from diverse fields, ranging from law and economics to therapy and guidance.

The mediator Nir Ben-Nun (Adv.), who holds an LL.B from the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University, has been practicing family mediation since 2005 and operates within Shulem as a business mediator on behalf of the Magistrate's Courts and the Ministry of Justice. During his work as a mediator, Adv. Ben-Nun has approved hundreds of mediation agreements in the Magistrate's Court and the Family Court and has trained and instructed many mediators.
As part of his professional training, he completed an in-depth course in conflict resolution at Bar-Ilan University, graduated from a mediation and conflict resolution course at the Goma Institute, and completed a family mediation course and certification as a family mediator at the Gavim Institute. Additionally, Adv. Ben-Nun holds a diploma in advanced negotiation management from Bar-Ilan University, completed an in-depth course in inheritance law through the Israel Bar Association, and graduated from an in-depth course in family law through the Israel Bar Association.
Nir Ben-Nun served as an instructor in various mediation courses – basic, family, and advanced mediation training. He lectured in certificate studies in collaboration with Hadassah for teachers and school principals within the Ministry of Education and volunteered in a mediation project between parents and adolescents within Elem.
