Civil-Commercial Law: Legal representation and consultation in various civil and commercial matters across all legal instances and courts in Israel. Legal handling and consultation for individuals and companies, including the establishment and dissolution of corporations (companies, partnerships, and associations), contract drafting and negotiation, and ongoing legal consultation for corporations.

Labor Law: Representation of employees and employers in legal matters. Drafting employment contracts and providing legal consultation, including on employee and employer rights, severance pay, wrongful termination, sexual harassment at work, and women's rights.

Torts: Handling cases involving bodily injuries, accidents, negligence, and property damage.

Insurance: Providing legal consultation and representation for insurance agents and agencies, establishing insurance agencies (obtaining a corporate agent license), drafting purchase and sale agreements of insurance portfolios, as well as agreements for the purchase/sale of shares (all or part) in insurance agencies.

Attorney Avi Fardel has been a member of the Bar Association since 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with honors (L.L.B) and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from Ben-Gurion University.
