In the United States, I specialized in corporate law and capital market offerings, while in Israel, my primary focus is on family matters. I engage in bringing couples to efficient and creative agreements outside of courts or tribunals, with a deep understanding that courts and tribunals are legally limited in the tools available to them in judgments, while couples are not restricted in reaching agreements together.

In cases where there is no agreement between the spouses and no mutual desire for a mediation process, the attorneys in my office and I serve as representatives and litigators in courts and tribunals. Among my various activities in this area, I mediate and draft financial agreements, prenuptial agreements, divorce agreements, and alternatively, reconciliation agreements, inheritances, and wills.

Being an attorney in both the U.S. and Israel, I also handle child abduction cases (in lawsuits according to the Hague Convention).
