In the past 7 years, mediation has become the primary focus of Attorney Keren Weinberg Eyal, and she conducts mediations daily in a wide variety of disputes and conflicts.
Among other roles, Attorney Weinberg Eyal has served as a mediator in hundreds of commercial cases, in disputes between companies, partners, and shareholders, in international disputes between local and foreign companies, in real estate disputes, and more. Additionally, Attorney Weinberg Eyal has engaged in mediation in cases related to intellectual property law, labor law, tort law, mediation in disputes between members of a kibbutz or moshav, as well as in disputes where the state and its authorities were a party to the process, including property law.
The mediations take place at any of the firm's branches - in Haifa or Tel Aviv - in a relaxed atmosphere that allows for open and constructive dialogue aimed at reaching an agreement between the parties.
Attorney Weinberg Eyal began her professional path as an intern at the Supreme Court under the guidance of the Honorable Justice Dorit Beinisch. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the University of Michigan, USA (2005), a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree with honors from the University of Haifa (2003), and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology, also from the University of Haifa (2003).
Currently, Attorney Weinberg Eyal leads the practical training phase in the mediation courses of the Bar Association in the Haifa and Northern Districts, as part of a worldview that sees great importance in training lawyers to engage in mediation and recognize mediation as an appropriate method for conflict resolution.
In her public activities, Attorney Weinberg Eyal serves as the Deputy Chair of the District Mediation Committee of the Bar Association in Haifa, is a member of the management board of MATI Haifa, collaborates with the "Shiluvim" company which ensures the integration of special individuals into the workforce, and more.
