Adv. Tslil Weinstein serves as the managing partner of the Tel Aviv-Central branch in the office of Adv. Sharon Segal, which specializes in family law and personal status, covering divorce proceedings, annulment of marriage, common-law marriage, estates, wills, prenuptial agreements, parenting agreements, cohabitation agreements, custody, visitation rights, alimony, dissolution of joint property, division of assets, guardianship, civil claims within the family, and more.

She began her career at the Central District Attorney's Office and subsequently worked closely with leading and prominent heads of offices in their fields:

•   Adv. Ofer Bartal and Dov Gilad Cohen – specializing in white-collar crime, criminal law, and representing state employees in disciplinary proceedings (Ministry of Health, Police, Ministry of Education, etc.). During her work, she was part of the defense team of Ms. Shula Zaken in the 'Holyland' case.

•   Adv. Yossi Segev (deceased) – specializing in commercial and civil litigation, including family law and estates, in complex cases, including those outside Israel, in precedent-setting issues and very high financial scope.

•   Adv. Ilan Bombach – specializing in civil and administrative litigation in various areas.

Adv. Tslil Weinstein holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with honors from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Master's degree with honors from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

During her studies, she represented students brought before the disciplinary committee of the Hebrew University, served as a teaching assistant to Prof. Barak Medina (Constitutional Law) and Prof. Miriam Gur-Arye (Criminal Law). Additionally, she served as a member of the editorial board of the 'Laws' journal of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University.
