The significant experience I have gained, along with numerous training sessions over the years, enables me to view situations broadly and deeply, allowing for conflict resolution in a calm, responsible, and professional manner, often leading conflicting parties to agreements that maintain cordial relations.

Agricultural Holdings:
Attorney Smadar Keshet Bar-On handles a range of legal issues related to agricultural holdings and family disputes arising from dilemmas concerning the division of agricultural holdings. As a mediator with extensive experience in family law, I have often succeeded in reaching agreements between parties amicably while maintaining warm family relations.
Engaged in topics such as the appointment of an appointed heir, cancellation of an appointed heir, transfer of rights in an agricultural holding as a gift, wills and inheritances of agricultural holdings, and drafting intra-family agreements for the division of the holding.
