Attorney Gideon Costa

Attorney Gideon Costa specializes in representing defendants and suspects in criminal law, with experience since 1997 as a criminal lawyer. He handles severe crime cases, requests for detention extensions, representation in all instances, and filing appeals to the Supreme Court.

Attorney Costa is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Haifa, holding a Master's degree in Law from the University of Haifa in the Law and Technology track.

He completed his internship at the law firm "Tirosh, Atias, Meir & Prochter" (now "Atias Prochter & Co."), under the guidance of Attorney Ofer Atias in the field of commercial law, with an emphasis on litigation skills. About a year after obtaining his law license, Attorney Costa began working as an independent lawyer, primarily in the field of criminal law.

He appears in courts across the country, in all instances, starting with representing suspects in requests for detention extensions in the Magistrate's Court, continuing with representing defendants in criminal and traffic cases, including severe crime cases conducted before a panel of judges in the District Court, and culminating in representation in appeals in the Supreme Court. The combination of specialization in a civil-commercial firm, a Master's degree in the Law and Technology track, along with the extensive experience gained in representing defendants in both "white-collar" and "blue-collar" offenses, provides Attorney Gideon Costa with a broad and integrative perspective, which constitutes an important added value in managing cases, criminal or otherwise, in court.
