Adv. Philippe Koskas

 

Adv. Philippe Koskas is the founder and head of the law firm Philippe Koskas & Co. The firm primarily deals with civil and commercial yielding real estate, corporate law, litigation and commercial law, wills, and inheritance law. 

 

Adv. Koskas has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1985. He began his career with the Honorable Judge Eliezer Goldberg at the Supreme Court. He later worked with Adv. Yitzhak Nanner, one of the leading attorneys of that time in Jerusalem.

 

Adv. Koskas  acquired his education at the University of René Descartes in Paris, where he completed a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in law. After completing his studies, Adv. Koskas immigrated to Israel and obtained an additional Master's degree in law from the Hebrew University..

 

Adv. Koskas has extensive experience in filing petitions to the High Court of Justice.

In addition to his professional activities, Adv. Koskas has consistently contributed his time and skills over the years to numerous voluntary social and public roles. Among others, he has served voluntarily as Vice President of the Israel-France Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Ethics Committee of the Israel Bar Association, Chairman of the Foreign Payroll Advisors of the French Government in Israel, Legal Advisor to the Labor Party faction in the Knesset, an appointed judge on the Ethics Committee of Private Laws, Chairman of the Community Center in the Baka neighborhood in Jerusalem, and a public representative on the Helsinki Committee of Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, among others.
