In 1983, attorneys Michael Spitzer and Yitzhak Netovich founded the law firm Netovich-Spitzer & Co. Later, Attorney Spitzer was appointed as a judge and retired from the firm. He currently serves as the Director of the Courts. Following his retirement, the firm's name was changed to Y. Netovich & Co.
In 1980, Attorney Netovich was licensed to practice law by the Israel Bar Association. Concurrently with managing the firm, he served as a member of the Givatayim City Council from 1998-2003, and subsequently volunteered as Deputy Mayor of Givatayim from 2003-2008.
Over the years, while managing the firm, he served for three years as Acting Chairman of the Local Planning Committee and for two years as Chairman of the Committee. His public role included promoting urban renewal projects in Givatayim and overseeing the processes for zoning changes in local and regional committees, in projects such as the "Histadrut Project" and the "Arvei Nahal Project."
Throughout the period, the firm engaged in various fields, such as civil commercial law, representing government institutions and banks in receiverships, labor law, real estate law, planning and construction, and more.
Since 2007, the firm's areas of practice have been focused, and today it specializes in these three areas:

Real Estate: Representation in Tama 38 or urban renewal transactions, contractor agreements and representation of buyers and contractors, purchasing groups, partnership agreements, combination transactions, construction agreements, second-hand sale agreements, commercial and private lease agreements, option agreements, and trust agreements.
Estate management, registration of condominiums, registration and management of a mortgage company, registration of probate orders and inheritance orders, parcel registration, and more.
