Michal Shemer - Attorney and Mediator

Attorney Michal Shemer holds three academic degrees: Law, Social Work, and Public Administration, and is also certified in mediation and family mediation by the Bar Association.

Attorney Shemer has extensive senior management experience as a Vice President of Human Resources in leading organizations in the market, lectures in academia on management and law, and serves as an employers' public representative and mediator at the Regional Labor Court in Tel Aviv.

Attorney (Social Worker) Shemer has a deep understanding of processes from both the legal perspective and the emotional-psychological perspective as a social worker, as well as from her extensive experience in community and public activities.

Main areas of practice: Labor Law (dismissals, sexual harassment, harassment, defamation, breach of contract, compensation, wage withholding, hearings, etc.), Family Law, Mediation, and Real Estate Contracts - leasing and sales.
