The firm was founded and is managed by Attorney Eyal Sviri, who holds an LL.B. degree in Law with honors, a B.A. degree in Business Administration with honors from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, and is also a graduate of the research-based LL.M. program in Business Law from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, in collaboration with Heinrich-Heine University in Düsseldorf, Germany.
Attorney Sviri worked for several years at M. Firon & Co., one of the largest and leading law firms in the country, particularly in the field of real estate. During his tenure, he represented development companies and private individuals in various real estate transactions and additional legal proceedings. In the field of urban renewal, Attorney Sviri represented development companies and managed over 60 TAMA 38 transactions. Subsequently, Attorney Sviri served as a legal advisor and project manager at Metropolis, a company engaged in real estate development in the field of urban renewal.
In his role at Metropolis, Attorney Sviri handled over 40 TAMA 38 projects and advanced several evacuation and reconstruction complexes, including the promotion of district planning schemes and licensing procedures with local and district committees.
Currently, the firm represents developers and private individuals in a wide range of transactions and legal proceedings related to real estate and civil matters. Additionally, it provides legal advice to the development company Sviri Engineers, which is involved in the initiation, management, and supervision of real estate projects.
