Dana Peled Yohafaz - Law and Mediation Office

Attorney Peled Yohafaz holds an LL.B in Law and a B.A in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. At the beginning of her career, Attorney Peled Yohafaz specialized in civil and commercial litigation cases, drafting wills and inheritances, as well as drafting agreements for the distribution of estates.

For about four years, Attorney Dana Peled Yohafaz served as a special administrator/trustee on behalf of the official receiver and the district courts for thousands of bankruptcy cases. Her office represents and accompanies debtors in court from the drafting of the application for a receivership order to the granting of a discharge order.

Simultaneously, she provided ongoing advice to companies and business clients and managed bankruptcy cases from the moment of filing an application for a receivership order until the granting of a discharge order. This process includes, among other things, the rapid suspension of enforcement proceedings, filing an application and proposal for creditor arrangements, close accompaniment and representation in court, defense against creditors, and up to the granting of a discharge order.
