The Yizarski, Yitzhak Law Firm is managed by two partners: Attorneys Nisan Yizarski and Yonatan Yitzhak. The firm also employs additional lawyers and external consultants in various fields of law and areas of practice of the firm.

Our firm provides its clients with a wide range of legal services in the fields of real estate and property, family law and mediation, commercial litigation, labor law, as well as in the field of collection and enforcement.

The Partners in the Firm:

• Attorney Nisan Yizarski - Manager of the Kfar Saba branch, holds a Master's degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University. He specializes in family law (marital and inheritance) and commercial\/real estate law. He holds a mediator's certificate from the Israel Bar Association and is certified as an arbitrator by the Arbitration Institute of the Israel Bar Association.
• Attorney Yonatan Yitzhak - Manager of the Tel Aviv branch, holds a Bachelor's degree in Law and Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. He specializes in real estate with an emphasis on real estate taxation, and has unique expertise in Tama 38, construction defects, complex real estate transactions, and commercial litigation.

Our firm has two branches: one in Kfar Saba and the other in Tel Aviv. The firm serves private, institutional, and business clients both domestically and internationally.

The firm has a goal of community contribution, and therefore the attorneys volunteer in addition to their work at assistance and advisory centers such as SHIL (Citizen's Advice Service).

Attorney Nisan Yizarski is a board member of the Kfar Saba Aid Fund for the Needy.
