Adv. Naama Vachnish, a mediator with many years of experience in managing family mediation processes, particularly in divorce.

Provides professional and dedicated support to couples during the separation process until the divorce agreement is granted the status of a court ruling. In the mediation process leading to divorce, a joint plan is constructed for the division of children's time between parents' homes, a financial plan for the children, and a property division plan. Building the agreements is done in a positive spirit and with an understanding of the needs of all family members, allowing both the father and mother to lead meaningful parenting lives and maintain a respectful economic existence post-divorce.

Adv. Naama Vachnish has been a member of the Israel Bar Association since 1990 and has served as a family mediator since 2002. She has served as a court-appointed mediator (מגשרת מהו"ת) and is included in the list of recommended mediators by the Assistance Unit according to the new law for resolving family disputes. She lectures and instructs in mediation courses over the years at various mediation centers.
