About Us

Attorney Oshrat Deri began her legal career as a lawyer in the legal bureau and has been a member of the Bar Association since 2004.

In 2008, after gaining in-depth knowledge of the operations of the National Insurance Institute, she embarked on her independent path and established her private practice, which provides support to bodily injury victims in realizing their medical and financial rights.

The firm provides services in several areas of practice, including:

Special services claims, special services allowance for the disabled, pension fund claims, nursing claims, insurance claims, loss of work capacity, microtrauma, work accidents and road accidents, medical malpractice, and more.

Attorney Deri's extensive knowledge of both perspectives, as a former member of the National Insurance Institute, benefits the firm's clients throughout the process. This includes in-depth familiarity with medical practitioners for damage proof, acquaintance with senior officials of the organization, and, of course, an understanding of the issues emphasized by the National Insurance Institute when recognizing an injury and calculating the compensation deserved. All of these help to ensure that the firm's clients receive the maximum compensation possible and make the process accessible and convenient.
