When I learned about the eligibility for free legal assistance on this matter, provided to Holocaust survivors, I requested the service and was referred to you. From the very first moment, you were very attentive to all of my parents' requests, which you implemented in the power of attorney you prepared for them efficiently and professionally. You showed patience and composure in your interactions with them, even when they occasionally expressed concerns and impatience due to the discomfort they felt in dealing with such a topic. You spoke to them pleasantly and calmly, providing answers and explanations to all the questions that arose throughout the process. Additionally, you provided us with very important information, which I was not aware of, regarding the full realization of additional rights they are entitled to from state authorities. I would also like to mention that you were available and responded quickly to all our inquiries and requests via email and phone, and you even agreed to meet with us at their home at a time that was convenient for them and us, the children, even if it was in the late afternoon hours. I greatly appreciate the fact that you do this important work voluntarily and without compensation, especially in light of the difficult financial situation of most Holocaust survivors living among us who cannot afford legal assistance.
