Previously, he served as a legal advisor to six local planning and building committees in the northern region and was certified as a prosecutor by the Attorney General in proceedings under Chapter 10 of the Planning and Building Law. Since 2007, he has been an independent attorney representing companies and individuals in all proceedings related to the Planning and Building Law, including defense in indictments for violations of planning and building laws, and issuance of injunctions against judicial and administrative orders for demolition and cessation of use. He also represents companies and individuals in all matters related to obtaining building permits, approval of master plans, objection proceedings before licensing authorities, requests for relief and exceptional use, administrative petitions, and petitions to the High Court of Justice.
Adv. Tal Eisenberg, Partner, holds a combined Bachelor of Laws and Psychology degree from the University of Haifa and has been licensed to practice law in Israel since 2008.
