Attorney Aviad Sinai

Attorney Aviad Sinai provides ongoing legal support in a variety of fields, including advising companies and individuals on commercial cases, labor law, administrative law, and municipal authorities.

Additionally, Attorney Sinai is involved in the field of real estate. In this capacity, Aviad provides ongoing legal support in numerous and diverse real estate transactions and the promotion of various projects and initiatives. He also has experience in handling real estate taxation issues, planning and construction laws.

He handles claims related to real estate, including eviction claims, claims within the framework of condominium law, appeals on planning and construction issues, and more.

As part of his specialization in real estate and property, Attorney Aviad Sinai has gained extensive experience as the property manager for the Municipality of Hadera, a role he has been performing in recent years alongside his work at the firm.

In this role, he is involved in real estate management and addressing issues related to real estate development and maximizing the potential of public and private real estate, including promoting tenders, real estate transactions, plans for real estate enhancement, and more. He has also dealt with planning and construction issues related to public real estate, including expropriations.

Alongside his legal expertise, Aviad has held several public positions. Among other roles, Aviad served as the Chairman of the Young Guard of the Labor Party in Jerusalem, a central committee member of the Labor Party, a member of the Histadrut Conference, and more.

Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Arts in Public Administration and Policy (M.A.) from the University of Haifa.
