Attorney Shani El-Gad has extensive experience in supporting and promoting businesses and joint ventures, as well as in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements of various scales, both locally and internationally. Additionally, she provides legal advice in various fields, particularly in contract law, corporate law, securities law, and broader real estate legal advice.
Attorney Shani El-Gad is listed among the mediators and arbitrators of the Israel Bar Association. Her mediation practice is integrative and multidisciplinary, including business mediation as well as couple mediation, pre-divorce mediation, and family mediation in general. Part of this activity is conducted on a pro bono basis, with a desire to contribute to the community and a vision to instill dialogue and communication as the preferred method for resolving disputes and finding solutions that advance businesses, individuals, families, and communities.
In this latter capacity, Attorney Shani El-Gad also volunteers as a member of the Dispute Resolution Committee of the Israel Bar Association and as a mediator at the Community Mediation and Dialogue Center in Ra'anana.
Attorney Shani El-Gad holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Law, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Her research-based Master's degree was conducted under the supervision of Prof. David Gilo at Tel Aviv University, focusing on "The Relationship Between Corporate Governance Arrangements and Competition."
