A little about me: I am 38 years old, married, and a father of two daughters. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Law (with honors) and have been a member of the Bar Association since 2011.
I am independent and the owner of a boutique firm, specializing for over a decade exclusively in one field: the full realization of medical rights.
From the very beginning of my legal career, in fact, already in the first case I represented, I knew this was the only field I would practice.
From then on, my goal was to accumulate extensive knowledge and experience in everything related to the National Insurance Institute!!!
From medical issues to the intricacies of law and legal precedents in the field, I aim to maximize my clients' success rates in their cases.
How I achieved this:
1) Academic Training: In 2012, I completed my studies at Tel Aviv University in a continuing education course in medicine under the course "National Insurance Law – Disability, Functionality, and Work Capacity." These studies were intended for National Insurance doctors and, for the first time, were open to lawyers, providing knowledge and practice in medical and legal aspects of the National Insurance Law regarding the determination of disability levels and work capacity.
2) Medical Experts: Guidance, consultation, and medical opinions. My office collaborates with several medical experts, so if necessary, clients will receive a medical opinion with an in-depth explanation of their medical condition and translation of their condition into disability according to the National Insurance's impairment book.
3) Extensive Literature: To maximize success rates both in committees and in court, I acquired extensive professional literature regarding decisions and rulings made in court on the National Insurance Law. This ensures that if the National Insurance deviates from the law's provisions, the way to prove it in court is straightforward and efficient.
4) Experience: Over the years, I have managed numerous claims across most parts of the country. During this time, I became familiar with all the departments of the National Insurance, appeared before hundreds of medical committees, and, if necessary, in various court hearings. Additionally, I managed dozens of claims against insurance companies, ranging from personal accidents to complex nursing claims. Notably, during my legal studies, I worked for three years in insurance companies.
