Since 2005, our firm's primary focus has been in the field of commercial law and insolvency. Over the years, the firm's activities have expanded to include corporate consulting, labor law, and inheritance law.

The firm's founder, Attorney Anat Rom, has many years of experience as a prosecutor in the Ministry of Justice and as a representative of the Official Receiver of the State of Israel. As the founder of the firm, Attorney Rom maintains a high legal and personal standard, providing each client with the most suitable solution according to their needs and desires.

The firm's main areas of practice:

Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law - Company liquidations, enforcement proceedings, creditor arrangements, and multi-party negotiations. Attorney Rom, the firm's founder, is appointed by district courts across the country and by the Official Receiver in roles such as trustee, special manager, receiver, and liquidator.

Inheritance - The firm provides services to private clients, mainly in precedent-setting cases and inheritance cases that require in-depth understanding to resolve financial and emotional disputes.

Legal Consulting and Support for Companies - Our firm offers legal consulting and support for small and medium-sized companies. We provide a wide range of legal services and accompany companies from the establishment stage through their commercial life, in business contracts, labor law, tender law, collections, and providing personalized and prompt responses to the companies' ad hoc needs, primarily because large companies usually have an in-house legal department.
